Douglas N. Naversen, M.D.

Dr. Naversen graduated from Ohio State Medical School in 1973, completed his internal medicine internship in San Antonio in 1974, and enjoyed his three year dermatology residency at the University of California at San Francisco from 1974-1977. Dr. Naversen was the chief resident in dermatology his third year at UCSF. After practicing in the Air Force at Anchorage, Alaska, he moved his wife and three children to Oregon in 1982.

Leon Hsu, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who joined Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP in September 2016. Dr. Hsu completed his dermatology residency at Stanford University in June 2016. He earned his undergraduate degree at Stanford University and his medical degree from the University of California, Davis, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his leadership and compassionate care of patients. He then completed his medical internship in New York City at Memorial Sloan Cancer Center, where he was awarded Physician Intern of the Year.

Laurel Naversen Geraghty, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who joined Dermatology & Laser Associates, LLP in October 2016. Dr. Geraghty (pronounced “Garrity”) completed her dermatology residency at Stanford University in 2016, earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 2012, and completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University. Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, she worked in New York City as a writer and editor, and served as Senior Editor at Glamour magazine.

J. Sigrid Barklund, M.D.

J. Sigrid Barklund, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist and micrographic dermatologic surgeon (Mohs surgeon) who joined Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP in September 2020. Dr. Barklund grew up in Southeast Idaho and attended The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN for her undergraduate studies. She graduated as valedictorian with a double major in chemistry and philosophy and subsequently moved to Southern California for graduate school at the California Institute of Technology. After obtaining her master’s degree studying atmospheric chemistry, she realized that she did not want to spend the rest of her life in a laboratory and decided to go to medical school.

Thomas Evans, D..O., board certified dermatologist

Thomas Evans, D.O.

Thomas Evans D.O. is a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who will join Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford in the summer of 2021. Dr. Evans completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, graduating in 2007 with a double major in Microbiology/Immunology and Psychology. He earned his medical degree at the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011 and completed his internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia. Dr. Evans then served as the flight surgeon providing primary care for pilots and crew in the United States Marine Corps at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. He was deployed for one tour to Afghanistan. 

Hannah Song MD

Hannah Song, M.D.

Hannah Song, M.D. is a board-eligible dermatologist who will be joining Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP in the Fall of 2022. Dr. Song grew up in the Bay Area and graduated magna cum laude from Williams College in Western Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English. She earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and completed a pediatric internship at the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children. She is completing dermatology residency at the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program, where she serves as Chief Resident.

Dwight R. Tribelhorn, M.D.

Dwight R. Tribelhorn, M.D.

Board certified in 1990, Dr. Tribelhorn moved to Medford in 1993 after practicing dermatology for three years in Germany with the U.S. Army. He was raised in New England, and attended the University of Vermont prior to medical school at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. His medical internship and residency training were at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
