Oregon Law requires all individuals who treat patients with lasers and other advanced light-based devices to be certified as an Advanced Aesthetician. Advanced Aestheticians receive over 200 hours of training and practical experience in skin rejuvenation, photo rejuvenation, hair removal or reduction, micro needling, and non-ablative tattoo removal.

Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP also has advanced aestheticians on staff to provide a variety of cosmetic and medical procedures to our patients, including lasers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels.

Hailey Antonelli, aesthetician

Hailey Antonelli

Hailey Antonelli joined Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP in 2024. She graduated with a Master’s Aesthetic License from The Skin Institute in Southern Utah and continued her advanced laser education at the Imani Institute. Hailey’s passion for learning the best techniques and newest advances in aesthetics is a source of inspiration. She is dedicated to curating the perfect treatment plan and is greatly motivated by achieving excellent patient results.

Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and golden retriever in her free time. She also likes baking, traveling, and crafting.

Lynn Davis, esthetician

Lynn Davis

Lynn Davis joined Dermatology & Laser Associates of Medford, LLP in 2020. In July of 2017, she graduated from Northwest College of Beauty and continued to advance her career as an Advanced Aesthetician. Lynn comes from a strong aesthetic background working with medical-grade class IV lasers and medical skincare. She is committed to furthering her education, and uses the knowledge and experience she has gained to provide her clients with the highest level of care for their individual needs.

In Lynn’s spare time, she dedicates herself to fitness, running half marathons, biking and body building. Lynn has raised two outstanding young men and enjoys spending time with her two beautiful grandchildren.
