Directions to Buildings A, B and C at 2959 Siskiyou Boulevard: Take exit 27 off I-5. Continue to East Barnett Road. Go east approximately one mile. When you get to the Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, turn left onto Murphy Road. Go two blocks and turn right onto Siskiyou Boulevard. Continue around the “S” curves (past Black Oak Pharmacy) and turn left into our parking lot. We are the last medical office building on the left.

Directions to Building D at 2925 Siskiyou Boulevard: Take exit 27 off I-5. Continue to East Barnett Road. Go east approximately one mile. When you get to the Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, turn left onto Murphy Road. Go two blocks and turn right onto Siskiyou Boulevard. Just past the “S” curves, turn left into our parking lot (across from Black Oak Pharmacy).
